I took my teenage son to get some cool highlights/low lights and a hair cut for Homecoming Dance. He loved it! Jenicka really listened to what we we’r...e looking for. The end result was exactly what he asked for! While we were out shopping around for his shoes a customer came up to him and asked where did he get his highlights, haircut and all and wanted the number to the Salon. Hello, Lisa. I apologize that you were inconvenienced and left hanging. That must have been extremely frustrating, and I appreciate your feedback. I am new to using the Booksey system. Upon setting up my calander, I selected to not allow new bookings unless it is 72hrs in advance. Having a 1 and 2 year old, that time allotment is necessary to schedule baby sitting services. Something clearly isn't correct with how my client's are seeing my schedule, and I'm sorry you fell victim to this mishap. I appreciate your review so I can handle this matter ASAP.
