Unsuccessful appointment. After scheduling as a first time patient, the appt. Was pushed back an hour at a short notice (about 15 mins until my schedu...led appt). Then, I showed up finally and had to wait for 20 mins until I decided to up and leave. 80 minutes of wait time and without a haircut. No respect for others people time and wouldn't rely on this for new patients because you're not one of the "homies". This is a polite review compared to the disappointment of that day with high expectations but zero delivery.
