Not big on writing reviews, but I have to give credit where credit is due. The story goes, my former barber of many years moved out of state. As any g...entleman knows, it is quite hard to find the right barber that knows your style of cut. So who did I turn to in finding a replacement? Well, let's just say Booksy was my last resort, because most of my friends either went to the same barber as I did, or the others did it themselves, due to their lack of hair, (No dis 😄). I scrolled up and and down for quite some time and came across Jose. 5 star rating with a substantial amount of reviews. I figured it would be worth the gamble based on what I read. Also, I just kept telling myself, if it didnt go well, my hair would grow back anyways. I met Jose at his work station in accordance with our appointment. He was friendly and right out the gate, was receptive towards accomplishing the needs of my specified haircut, which was a razor fade. He took his time and was very meticulous on perfecting this cut. After he finished, I was truly impressed the results. What really solidified this experience was soon after I left, I went to the grocery store and the moment I entered, I received a compliment from a random stranger in regards to my hair. That pretty much sealed the deal for me. Fast forward two weeks later, I booked another appointment with Jose. In my head, I figured it would take some time for him to remember me and the style of cut I wanted in terms of length and shave. But, to my surprise he remembered me and also of the conversation we had during the appointment. Like I said, not big on writing reviews, and this one is quite lengthy, but the man deserves the credit. If you are in need of a barber that can do it all, I highly recommend you book an appointment with Jose. I just hope he doesn't ever move out of state... Show more
