I had previously gotten my nails done here and was not happy with the results. Rosa immediately reached out and apologized and asked if she could fix... my nails. I went in for the appointment and Rosa did not disappoint! My nails are perfect! Thank you so much for fixing them! I am glad I gave your salon a second chance! I will be back as a repeat customer! Acrylic Full Set Extensions

The salon accepted my appointment and started the appointment on time. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. My nail shape and structure is just... not good. No apex and some just look like globs on my fingers. I had asked for Rosa when I booked and I found out at the end of my appointment that someone else had been working on me the whole time. I would have preferred they asked me to come at a different time so I could get Rosa. She was the reason I chose the salon. I was cut multiple times on my cuticles during my appointment as well and my nails are just not a good shape or structure. I tried to file them to fix the shape a bit. Rosa did end up doing the design. If she knew the nails weren’t good, why would she let me leave the salon like that? Pictures posted below. Show more
