Nana is outstanding!!!! I usually have trouble at nail salons because I show a photo, and it never comes out how I want it. But not here!! She puts in... the extra care and attention to detail and I don't want to go anywhere else now Show more
I love this place and have been coming here ever since I moved to the area. The time that the salon says they open is 10 and I got here right at 10 b...ecause I wanted to come before work. No one was there at the time. The employees didn't start to show up until 10:05 then had to open the salon. Show more

Nice salon .. but made an appt for 5 of us and only 3 where being taken care of .. it took them 30 min to get to one and 45 min to get the other... wh...en I called and made the appointment i was very specific how many of us there were .. and told them we all needed to be done at the same time or as close too... and was told that it was no problem..... wont be back ... Literally the WORST customer service. Inquired about an appointment I made for my birthday (gel x and pedicure). Made an appointment on their website ...on August 10th for September 4th but it was still unconfirmed until today (August 29th). Reached out to them TWICE on separate occasions (27th & 28th), both left on READ. I DM'd again today irritated because they left me on read twice and said I'm going else. Guess what, they finally replied. But too late, booking with other nail shop. Horrible first impression. Show more

I called ahead to see if they had availability on a Sunday afternoon. They said I could come in immediately and I drove over. The salon was empty and ...somewhat clean. The pedicure chairs could be dusted off and wiped down more as it looked unkept. It seems like they do use clean tools for every customer which is great to easily see. I didn't have a nail design in mind but wanted a gel pedicure and gelx nails. I showed them a pink set with some 3D flowers on them as it was the first thing I saw when I googled pink nails. They quoted me about $130-150. I looked for a simpler design which was pink with some waves. They said it would be $90 for the gelx nail set. I thought It was a bit pricey but was hoping their work would be worth it. The regular pedicure was $43 which is similar to what other places charge. The girl doing my toe nails kept putting the UV lamp in an awkward position and smudged the nails a few times while curing them. The girl doing my pedicure and the girl doing my manicure seemed to be in rush when there was no one waiting for a tech. Both girls burnt/hurt my nails while using the nail drills. They also got too close to my cuticles while using the drills on a fast setting. When the girl was prepping my nails for the manicure, she cut down my natural nails and didn't file them or shape them. I asked her to file them as I was getting almond/oval nails and didn't want my natural nails sticking out. I told them girl doing my manicure that I can't have long nails at work and it was my first time getting nails in a while so I wanted her to cut the nails down a few times for me to see what length work for me. By the third time she cut the nails down, she seemed irritated so I said the length was fine. Since she was in a rush to get my nails done, she left bubbles in the polish and didn't get the color close enough to my cuticles. My nails look like they're grown out but it's only been a day since getting them done. The gel under my nails seems to be too thick. The gel also looks dirty for some reason. It looks like it has lint in it? Gel was stuck to one of my fingers and some of my nails have gel on the cuticles that wasn't cleaned up. When I got home, I noticed my thumb had gel that basically glued my nail to my skin. The design I got was simple and I'm not sure if it's worth $90. If they weren't in a rush and took their time doing my nails right, I could justify the price. But their work wasn't that great and I'm not sure if I would come back for a manicure. I wasn't impressed by the results and the service was uncomfortable. Show more

On Sunday I noticed pus coming out of the nail so I removed it at home. I called the salon on Monday and Kim said to text her instead because she was ...with a client. I text her pictures and what happened and no response. I call her again and she says she's busy and that she'll call me back in the evening. She never called back. I go to the nail salon on Tuesday morning and talk to Kim and she gaslights me saying "oh honey your nail is not infected." I explain to her that there was white pus coming out of it on Sunday and she doesn't believe me. She offers to fix the nail and give me a $20 coupon and I declined. How are you going to put gel x on an infected finger again. Makes no sense. Not to mention my finger is still red and swollen. Don't bother wasting your money and precious time here. Went in last minute and had Sunny! she was so so so nice and took her time, usually the work id get done would be sped under an hour elsewhere, but sh...e really took her time to make sure everything was good! very sweet person too. nails are a tiny bit on the thicker side, but overall the shape and experience with her was great! she did a good job, although the price for what i got done was quite hefty.. $80 for builder gel that was a very basic cats eye with literally no design LOL no hate to sunny (she's amazing) since she doesn't set the prices of course, but Blush prices lowkey... rough, i'd come back for sunny but unfortunately i think these prices are steep since theres plenty of artists that can do this same work for $20 or more less :,( i'd understand if $80 had designs but its so plain haha, ive gotten intricate designs for this cost elsewhere 10000/5 for sunny 3.5/5 for the price/blush itself :( also because they originally said $60 when i overheard them talking to each other but it became $80 at the register for whatever reason LOL oh well i guess Show more

Cyndie consistently gives me amazing Gel X manicures, like pink chrome and ombré chrome with designs. She helps me figure out what I want and we're do...ing bridal nail trials. Sunny gave me one of the best pedicures ever, she's very delicate with the nail and cuticle prep, which I appreciate especially because my feet are ticklish and sensitive. Show more
Went for a FILL and it was over priced. And my nails fell off within a week. Cheap and overpriced. Never going back.

Clearly prices weren't clarified about each toe to be painted for $5 dollars each that wasn't disclosed the uncomfortable time I had to go threw being... recorded the other employees sitting down by us talking instead of me having a relaxed moment. Pretty unprofessional and now they wanna bribe me with $30 credit why would I return to a place where they can even do a proper callus removing they have to use trash. Where they can't even clarify prices and or even check your id for alcohol serving. NEVER COMING BACK Show more

I got a gel-x manicure, XXL length, in white with Kim. Kim is such a sweetheart. I loved conversing with her in my broken Vietnamese. She did such a ...good job on my nails, walked me through the process, and asked what I thought at every step. The salon itself is clean, well kept. I didn't see any tools being reused on another customer. It's been 3 weeks - the nails have been going strong! Even with its XXL length! I paid about $65 before tip for my nails, bring cash!!
