PLEASE READ BELOW <3 Hello my lovelies, My name is Claudia and I am a certified lash technician & currently specialize in Individual Eyelash Extensions. I am located in the San Fernando Valley. Join ...me as I am spreading more beauty into this world one lash at a time. *CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING ANY OUTSIDE FILLS* BOOKING: A non refundable deposit is required in order to secure your appointment booked, and for cancellation purposes. The deposit will then be applied to the total cost of the eyelash service you schedule. I accept $25 Deposits through my Zelle with my email claudiaaamoraaa@gmail.com - once your deposit is sent, your appointment will be secured. I will also personally contact you the day before our appointment for confirmation, my exact address + any questions you might have. Please BOOK ACCORDINGLY to what you need & not just based on what’s available. Booking incorrectly may result in automatic cancellation. You must have at least 35-40% remaining in order to be considered a fill. Or you will be charged extra to make up for the lost lashes. Although anything booked after 3weeks and over since your last set will be considered a full set unless I tell you otherwise. Although it is EXTREMELY RARE, I have a 3 day policy to “fix” your lashes within those days free of charge. This is if you experience any premature fall out and need a touch up because your lashes did not bond correctly. Anything past the 3 days will not be free of charge. Because it is so rare I will gladly have you come in and do that for you & we can fix your lashes and see exactly what caused that. IF BOOKING A REMOVAL + FULL SET: I ask that you please book the removal a few days prior to your full set appointment. ONLY if I am removing a set from someone else's work. That way i will be able to safely remove your old set and your lashes will have some time to "breathe" before I lash you. Only because I have many clients that come in and have extremely weak lashes after getting bad work done. CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY: I ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 48/24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or you will lose your deposit. If you cancel prior to the 24hours your deposit will be added toward your next appointment. Your time extremely matters to me so I ask that you come on time but please keep in mind there may be a setback in the schedule depending on the clients before you & I will ask you to come in a little later than our original time (for up to an hour). So I ask that you not book an appointment before going to work or a special event or anywhere where you need to be on time because I do not want it to result in cancellation nor will I allow to be rushed to do my work which will be convenient for both of us. Also if you are a new client and we have an appointment, and I get no response regarding you making it or not, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will no longer be able to book with me in the future. DAY OF APPOINTMENT: Please arrive with squeaky clean lashes, eye makeup free, no curled lashes, no eyelash glue, and free of any oils or lotions around your eyes. Please come with pictures of your desired look. Please bring exact cash of remaining balance. I do accept QuickPay with Zelle but cash is preferred. I ask that you please do not bring any guests due to the limited space in my lash room. Also please do not forget to bring loose change for the parking meters.
