If I could leave a -5 stars I would. Booked a 7 am appointment on a Sunday. Received a confirmation, and thought I was all set to go. Sunday rolls ...by and the barber didn’t show. Another gentleman was waiting for his barber also. He ended up calling him. He showed up at 7:20 am. I requested this barber to call the barber I had an appointment with (by the way, this was the first time I was booking with Danny - don’t know him at all). The phone just rang, no answer. Ended up leaving extremely disappointed. Mind you, I woke up really early, rearranged my schedule for this appointment. As the day went on, no call to apologize and explain if anything had gone wrong. I can understand if a situation arises that may prevent someone from coming in. Nothing. I left two messages in the business’s Facebook and Instagram chat account for the owner to be aware and perhaps call/connect with me to save a customer. Nothing! Needless to say, with the market the way it is, one would think that a little thoughtfulness and good customer service would be at the forefront. Guess I will be searching for a new shop that respects themselves and takes good care of their customers. Leaving this place after 3 years of going there. Show more
