So I don’t know what happened. The appointment was great but then things kinda got a little unprofessional. I tried to book again and I was unable to ...book any appointments. I haven’t tried to booking with other people in the salon, and every time I booked they canceled my appointment. I did reach out to see what was going on because if it was something that could be rectified, or if I did something unprofessional it would’ve been nice to have known what happened. In response to their reply, let’s talk about it since we want to get into details because it’s easy for you to have this discussion on the app but not with me on the phone so when I first walked in I was early then she was still doing someone else’s hair, then ended up helping this kid who was acting crazy in the establishment then as we got to know each other, she asked why I haven’t used the same person. I usually go to to do my hair and I explain to her that the person recently tried to sleep with me and I happen to be very much married which caused problems just so happens that she knows the person and when she asked me to describe this person, I said they work at Walmart and they used to do hair out of their house… Then I took several business phone calls no one talk down on anyone, but what I do find unprofessional was when I called to rebook instead of saying hey look I really had a problem with this this and this , you said oh, let me get back to you after looking at my schedule and then when I booked with someone else in your same facility, you had them cancel my appointment now that’s unprofessional so if anyone’s unprofessional here, it’s you by one still having someone in your chair when I showed up on time, then taking another client in front of me and then having a problem with something that I said, but not having enough respect to me to address it. (oh, let’s not mention that this lady and the owner talked so bad about the kids, mother, and how that they would never service her again and how she continues to book under different names because they keep denying her service but I’m the one talking down on someone) this is black business for you! Gossiping, down talk, and less than professional behavior is 0 tolerance.
