That particular appointment ran over due to specific requests and a thorough consultation. The other barbers you saw — Ty and Brandon — were attending to their own scheduled clients during that time. Everyone at our shop books their own appointments and works on an individual schedule, which can sometimes make the flow of clients seem out of order from the outside. We strive to respect every client’s time and experience, and we regret that this situation left you feeling overlooked.
