We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. However, we’d like to clarify a few points. Our prices are very reasonable—$ for a gel mani and pedi is among the most affordable in the area. Most services take around 2 hours, especially when done with care and quality. As for your manicure, based on the photo, it seems the lamp may not have cured the gel properly due to finger positioning. Proper drying is essential and movement can affect results. Our technician, while always willing to help, is not obligated to assist with sandals—especially when polish should already be dry. We do this as a courtesy when possible. You visited with a friend who was happy with her nails. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match hers, but that doesn’t reflect the overall quality of our salon. Had you informed us directly, we would’ve gladly helped resolve the issue or offered a refund. We always aim for client satisfaction and open communication is key. The City Nails Team
