My son had an appointment with Ashley today at 6:45pm. Ashley was a no show my kids have been there waiting for 45 minutes no Ashley. I’ve attempted t...o call her several times no answer to call or text. I am extremely disappointed. Ashley has been doing my son re twist for some time now and has always been prompt and very professional. I understand things happen but the lack of communication is very unprofessional Wow so Ashley returns my call to tell me my children were lying and she was there the whole time. As you can see in the pics below along with my daughter location showing her address!! But the reason she finally responded wasn’t to apologize no it was to ask why did I leave that review!! All I can say is WOW Show more

I was here at the shop I do not know what happened or why your son was not here. But there are cameras all in this building that shows your son never came and to shut words down . I did not hear my phone ringing because or the salon was full. I definitely do not appreciate the way this was handled.
