Very unprofessional. I set an appointment for my son a haircut and once we arrived he did not greet us and also did not respond to me telling him tha...t we had an appointment. We had 2 clients ahead of us regardless of the appointment that I initially set up. We waited. Still no update on how long the wait would be or if we could even get cut next. I will never ever return to Caleb or this shop for that matter. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. If I could leave no stars I would. So I leave 1 funky star just to leave my review of this horrible service. Thanks for absolutely nothing at all. Horrible service Show more

Wow no greeting? Sorry I know I usually get told I speak low at times, but ma’am you were speaking to me from the front of the shop and I’m in the back… Also when you stated “you have 2 in front of me” and told me you had an 11:00 apt I responded “No you’re next”. Then you sat down which made me assume you heard me, then got up and left. Just a big misunderstanding & miscommunication, I understand where you coming from, but please take time to understand me aswell. I can offer a discount.
