I scheduled my retightening well in advance, then had to wait weeks for the confirmation. On the day of the appointment, I showed up on time, only to ...wait almost an hour to be seen. Shortly after my appointment, I discovered that during the appointment a section of my locks was poorly handled, necessitating a repair. I reached out mulitple times requesting a resoluton, yet no resolution has been offered to date. Needless to say, I won't be scheduling another appointment. Show more
