I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back. I set a appointment with envy and when my brother got to his appointment she was doing someone else...’s hair and they told him anyone can cut his hair that’s a red flag right there. Definitely took advantage of a teenager because that’s not how it works you have set appointments with set barbers. Some random dude named javel did his hair and it looks absolutely terrible. I don’t know how a barber could think this is okay. I wish I went with him because I would’ve said something and spoke up. My brother on the other hand doesn’t know any better he’s a teenager and isn’t happy with his cut I feel so bad. He didn’t even tapir his hair or line it up. Literally couldn’t even do a straight line. He also didn’t even have any oil to put in his hair after he was done. He stated they are out and only had water. This is terrible service. I’m so mad right now. Also booked a teen haircut that is 35$ he charged for a regular haircut 40$. I honestly want a refund and will be calling tomorrow. Show more

It is very unfortunate how his hair turned out. The barber that took him said that he could do the cut. I asked more than once to. But in my defense, I haven’t seen him since last year and I have a level 2 concussion. So when he came in and didn’t announce his self as I was finishing up a client. I assumed he was waiting on someone else. It wasn’t until my coworker asked him if he had a appointmentd that I realized he was my next client. His response to my coworker was, “I have an appointment with Envy, but can someone else cut my hair?” I didn’t want to hold him up as I was finishing a client. He seemed in a rush. So I said are you sure you want someone else to cut it. He was like yeah. So I trusted another coworker to do what he said he couldd do and he failed to deliver on my behalf. I apologize for that. But he should’ve just waited a few extra minutes for me to cut his hair. I couldn’t respond to you sooner because my phone was broken and I just got it fixed today. You are welcome to call me. l have no problem giving you your money back. The shop manager should be contacting you as well. I’m my own business inside of a new and growing business. I was just trying to help them as well. So sorry for you first bad experience with me. The sad part is I probably shouldn’t have even been at work after my son was murdered the day before Valentine's Day. But I do my best to be there for my clients no matter what I'm going through personally. Again, I apologize for that haircut.

Upon entering Envy is very nice and professional. I'm from ATL and I was looking for a barber and I am so glad that I came to see her. She listened ...to what I want but I also inform her she is the artist and I trusted her. She is very gentle and we laughed a lot while I was there. Envy is the truth and very skilled.
