At first they were so good, my mom is very picky with who grooms our dog but then I found them and we loved their work, but so far I’ve scheduled thre...e separate times, one time they cancelled because supposedly the spot I picked was taken but they tell me that on the day of the appointment, then the next two appointments I had made they never showed up! No message or anything, they just completely just ignored the appointment. I’m so disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t book with them if you don’t want to be ignored and disregarded.
