The communication could have been better. I scheduled an appointment, and it took a minute for confirmation. So I texted him to let him know that I sc...heduled it to see if he would approve or deny it. Unfortunately, when I arrived, he wasn't there. However, his wife stepped in and gave me a cut, which I genuinely appreciated. She explained why he couldn't make it, but coming from the other side of town, it was disappointing to have someone else cutting me, as I specifically sought his great work and traveled far for it. Despite the mix-up, I want to express my gratitude to his wife for making sure I left satisfied. Show more
