Hi Ruach, I’m sorry for your experience and that’s not at all how I want my clients to leave feeling. The length of the appointment was due to a couple factors, one being the amount of hair you have and the other being the attention to detail that I try to bring to my cuts. I apologize that I didn’t achieve the result you were looking for. I was under the impression at the end of the appointment that you were happy with the cut and I wish we could have had this conversation before you left, because I always offer adjustments to clients cuts if there's something they are unhappy with.
