Granted, I was late so that’s fully on me but the other appt didn’t even come right at 1pm. All I needed was a shapeup, which would’ve taken 10 mins. ...I feel like she could’ve at least rescheduled with me or ask can you wait. Really sir. 10min late to a 15min appointment. I'm not late I respect your time RESPECT MINES!! And yes she was 3min late to a 30min appointment. You're not even a regular client, so I'm definitely not making an exception.

She was attentive and took the time to understand what I wanted. As an entrepreneur myself, I’m big on customer service and professionalism. I also appreciated her time management skills by getting me in and out, because my schedule can be very busy. She checked all the boxes!
