It definitely was a great experience. The setting is a clean private office with one chair, great lighting, very open space. Will introduced himself a...nd took his time on my haircut. Before edging my hair line, Will asked additional questions concerning if I wanted to keep my front hairline natural or cut it across (which would have pushed my hairline back further), how I wanted my beard shaped and if I had issues with using a razor on my neckline or against my skin. He was very methodical in his process but not annoying. While there I felt very relaxed and comfortable, talking to him like we were old friends for years. Before I knew it my hair cut was done with 5 min to spare before his next client. Would rate 20 out of 10. Show more
