Whatever Nick is going through, this is no way to run a business. This is the second time in 3 months the he was a no show to my appointment. I was th...ere for 10:30am and the shop was locked. I called and another employee said they had no idea where Nick was and he had the keys. I couldn’t stay to wait and see when someone arrived to open the shop. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I really like Nick and his haircuts, but I need consistent service. No show no call. And the appointments were all confirmed.

I got there and had an appointment with Nick, but he had someone else who didn’t work there taking his place. He cut my hair way shorter than I had to...ld him I wanted and that he told me he was going to cut it. He also ended up cutting open a mole that was on the back of my neck. Overall unpleasant experience.
