I had an appointment booked a week in advance and arrived right on time, but ended up waiting almost 30 minutes without any update. The stylist didn’t... even come out to explain what was going on or let me know there would be a delay. I eventually had to walk in myself to say I couldn’t wait any longer because I had other plans. I’ve been getting my hair cut here since 2022 and always tip 40% because I appreciate but today was extremely disappointing. If you can’t make an appointment time, you should let your clients know or text them, and you shouldn’t confirm an appointment you can’t keep. Show more
