I booked an appointment here based on the reviews and the time available since I get out of work a little late. However after waiting 40 minutes past ...my appointment time I was never acknowledged or welcomed or had any updates on why she was taken so long with her previous Client . After me approaching her regarding my appointment time she said if I could come in tomorrow even after waiting for that long. This act was extremely unprofessional considering my appointment was confirmed. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Lack of communication, customer service and professionalism. After she telling me to come tomorrow I left due to the fact this is a disrespectful thing. Show more
