Thank you for leaving a review. I want to start out by saying I went above and beyond for this service to ensure the best quality experience. The reason for the time change is dedicate the whole day for him and just for him because I knew his hair would take a long time. I also asked him to come 30 mins later to buy more products for his hair to ensure the outcome was what he wanted and he agreed. I suggested we trim the white ends of his hair because whoever did his previous lighten damaged his ends. If I put more lightener on it he would experience breakage. The washbowl can be uncomfortable to sit in, but he had to. I had to make sure his new lightener matched the previous. Again, whoever did the previous lighten did a poor job. If he was truly unhappy with the end result, he should’ve told me right away. Then I would fix it. I handed the mirror and he checked everything, he said “wow this is exactly like the reference photo!” And “this haircut is good, this is why I should get my hair professionally done.” So happy even, that he asked to tip me. He was very pleased and everything I did had purpose. This is my first ever complaint on this kind of service. I'm sorry you are dissatisfied but I would love to speak with your boyfriend Nick directly, who actually got the service done. Again, I believe I went above and beyond for him and I still will if he is willing to speak to me and communicate instead of go through you, I will be more than happy to accommodate.
