The Karen I use to get lashed by was extremely pleasant, precise, and professional. However, today in my visit Karen was completely insensitive to me ...telling her the tape was irritating my eye and making it red. My eyes were completely lashed unevenly as well. My husband even noticed that one eye was lashed more than the other. I called Karen to talk about her lack of professionalism today and she still was extremely unprofessional. Now I know people have off days but if a customer that has been coming to you for two years/almost three informs you that your work is not the same, take notice. Be empathetic and try to resolve the matter. I will not return. We are good off of each other. Reply: You did take longer on the lashes but it wasn’t for me. The time hasn’t nothing to due with the lack of customer service. ✌🏾Adios. Show more

Im sorry your experience was not great, i tried to go out of my way to take longer time working on the service and mostly the sensitivity with the tape… our service took longer than usual … i wish you the best in your journey
