The worst first braid experience First of all. My appointment was at 10:15 a.m. on the day of the appointment she texted and said could I come at 10...:30. I got there at 10:30 and she still made me sit outside in the heat and sun for an additional 20 mins before she let me in. When I get in it's not the woman on the picture so I technically don't know who Symone is. Third, I have extremely fine hair and that girl pulled my hair and hard as she possibly could. I lost so much hair after taking these braids down after 20 days because the synthetic hair itched so bad, I couldn't take it anymore. I will never go back to her. She clearly does not have the experience to deal with different hair types. She's over priced, i lost chunks of hair and it wasn't worth it. Any of it. Very bad experience - Andrea O.

BRILLIANT!!! Symone is a dream braider! If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She is friendly and respectful, and wildly talented. I was stunned tha...t our appointment lasted the length of time she said it would! I’ve never had that experience before. I showed up at 7:00 am and left feeling like I could still do something with my day! Her technique is precise and her handling is excellent. A Blessing for My Mom and Me I have so much to say about Symone. First, I want to say that she didn’t ask me to write this or even suggest that I sho...uld. I offered because I truly want her to be appreciated for the way she has helped both me and my mom. My mom and I have been clients of hers for a few months. I had to find a new braider after dealing with some unreliability from someone else, and finding Symone has been such a blessing. She does house calls, which alone makes her amazing. My mom has Alzheimer’s, and getting her out of the house for anything can be a huge challenge. Being able to have her hair done in the comfort of her home has been such a relief. Symone is always on time and communicates when she’s on the way. I specifically needed a braider who was patient and understanding, because my mom can’t always follow directions about how to position her head and sometimes she falls asleep during the appointment. Symone simply adjusts herself and still gets the job done, and she does it beautifully every time. My mom often greets her as if it’s the first time they’ve ever met, and Symone simply goes along with it with kindness and warmth. People are always telling my mom how cute she looks with her hairstyle. Symone is also reasonable with her pricing. Hair braiding prices have gotten completely out of hand lately, and I really appreciate that she keeps her prices fair while still valuing her work. Right now my mom is temporarily in a skilled nursing facility, and Symone even agreed to go there to braid her hair. She has also helped me several times by providing parting services so I could braid my own hair without struggling with messy parts. If you’re looking for a skilled, patient, and reliable braider, please book with Symone. She truly cares about her clients and it shows every time. -
