Hey Chris sorry you were unsatisfied with the outcome of the appointment but respectfully I did ask you twice about what you wanted for your haircut. Which your response was “A mid fade with texture fringe.” I followed up your mid fade request by asking if you wanted the fade to start at skin, half, or a one. You replied saying with a one which again I asked if you wanted hair leave to do a square or round outline in the back and you answered, square. After I finished doing a one with a square outline in the back as you mentioned I showed you the mirror so you can see. After reviewing the haircut, you asked if I can blend your sideburns and the back of your neck (a taper). I gladly accepted your request and did as you said. If this was still what you didn’t ask for as your stating, I’m sorry for any inconvenience. Best thing to do moving forward if it’s with me or anyone else is have pictures of what type of haircut you are trying to get. Thank you
