⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bianca was so sweet and professional! Unfortunately, my lash lift didn’t turn out the way we had hoped, but she was extremely understanding and... handled the situation so kindly and professionally. She really cared about making sure I was happy and never made me feel uncomfortable or gave me a hard time about my concerns. I really appreciated how honest, respectful, and accommodating she was. Even though the lift didn’t work out for me, I would still recommend Bianca because of how genuinely well she treated me and handled everything!
