Kevin offers good haircuts but seriously lacks customer service skills. I arrived for my 11:00 AM appointment only to be told he was still with anothe...r client and had one more before me. An hour into my wait, he casually mentioned there was yet another person ahead of me and suggested I could be cut by another barber if I didn’t want to wait. As a regular and generous tipper, I found this approach very disappointing. He could have declined my appointment if his schedule was that full. His nonchalant shrug when I questioned the delay showed a lack of concern for customer experience. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect here, especially knowing the owner values customer satisfaction highly. Sadly, this shop has now lost not just one, but two loyal customers, as I often brought my son along. Kevin's leadership is a poor reflection on this establishment. Show more
