This appointment/experience wasn’t as good as the first time we came. My daughter braids at the top in the front are different sizes and the parts are... uneven. My daughter was booked for a 4hr appointment, that turned into a 7.5hr appointment. When I picked her up she told me that the braider started worked on two other heads during her appointment. She mentioned to my daughter that she double booked herself. I understand that things happen, but I would have gladly reschedule my appointment. I booked my daughter appointment under the impression it would take 4-5hrs give or take and it would only be my daughter during that time. A little communication in the future can go a long way. Miss Lanita is very sweet and welcoming but for $225, I’m not satisfied with the service I received. Show more

Sorry you didn't like your service at the time of you picking her up I was under the impression you liked her hair because that's what was said before you paid all these concerns could have been addressed at the time of you picking her up and I would have accommodated you for sure but I do hope you find the best stylist for you and your daughter in the future thank you for booking with me

The hairstyle is literally pretty. Don't get me wrong it is perfect. Online it said it will be done in 4 hours. Really it took like 9 which was so ann...oying. Because I planned my whole day online. Which made my day a mess, I'm a very organized person so once something doesnt work out it ruins my day. it's been less then a week and now my locs are starting to unravel.Besides that they offered me a drink and watch a very entertaining felt like i was at home.
