I have been going to this barbershop for a few years now. They recently changed how you book an appointment that requires you to pre-pay for your hair...cut. I’m sure they have their reasons but this is not a benefit for customers with jobs that have unpredictable schedules. (Especially for a nearly $50 haircut) Multiple times my barber has not shown up or has been late. There have also been numerous times my appointment time is not honored. I show up early for my appointment and someone else is in the barbers chair. Then I have to wait an extra 20-25 minutes after my appointment time because the barber double booked an appointment time. So for these list of reasons, why the customer would now be required to pre-pay when the barber is almost never on time or does not show up or honor the appointment time is just not right. Neither myself nor anyone I referred to this shop from my workplace will be returning for the same reason. Very unfortunate. Show more
