First off thank you for your feedback and also thanks for posting the screen shot. What typically happens if clients are running late they will either call or text to communicate that, or I will send a text like I did. As I said in the text , it’s not a typical walk in barbershop and can be kinda confusing for first time visitors. When people are here and don’t know how to get in usually they will call or text, and I will explain how to get in or go and get them. It’s happens all the time. The challenge is this was a 3 way communication and should have been a two way communication. And yes past 5mins is tough 10 mins late is really tough especially for a person who’s new. As far as coming out and checking I don’t typically do that because in my experience , if I dont hear from a person within 5 minutes or so of scheduled time , it’s usually a no-show. However I could do that as an extra precaution, As I said in the text, I would take care of it and no worries your fiancé said he was happy with the haircut. I apologize for all the confusion and I’m actually gonna make a video explaining how to get into the building and put on my website.
