Hi Debra. During your appointment you decided not to proceed with the edge color service, which is why it was not performed. Since you did not have your hearing aids in at the time, I typed out our conversation to ensure we could communicate clearly and that everything was understood. You were also aware that you had a credit on file for color after mentioning you planned to return for that service. I always do my best to accommodate my clients and ensure clear communication during appointments, so this review is surprising.

I was not happy with the my daughter’s retwist results. It simply was not good. These photos were taken right after the appointment. I was a little c...onfused. She did my other child’s braids and they were beautiful, even with her crying the whole time. No complaints.

Hi Nathalie, I’m a little confused by this review as well. When you returned during your other daughter’s appointment to discuss the retwist, we both acknowledged that your daughter’s hair is newly locked and very thick, which can make traditional palm-rolling difficult to hold. Because of that, I explained that interlocking would provide better grip and maintenance at the root. When your daughter left the appointment, her hair was neat and properly maintained. The photos posted do not reflect how her hair looked when she left the salon. I always strive to provide quality service and clear communication to every client.
