I did the Boho braids for the first time and I was happy with the results. I found the Salon on instagram and booking the appointment was smooth. Salo...n is clean and they offer you snacks. Definitely I will return. Show more
I tried I was kind I gave every opportunity to give a good review. But not once, not twice, but THREE times i was fooled and that’s on me. Just know ...they give good service to who they want to. I thought if I allowed the owner to correct the problem I’d be ok. The first time I went in for micro braids not only did the individual doing my hair state how much she disliked braiding hair but she also did not properly install and I had to go back for it to be corrected. Damaris (the owner) corrected it. So I returned for microlocs this time the person just did sloppy work. I looked like kinky twists at best. I was so disappointed I returned to speak to the owner AGAIN I agreed to have it redone and received free reties. I really should not have paid anything but I had plans and needed to get it. This was in February. Apparently I was supposed go several months without washing my hair which I felt was ridiculous and unreasonable but I waited using dry shampoo and sea breeze to clean my scalp. I finally wash it in May and so much of the extensions came out it clogged my shower. I called Damaris to let her know and she acted clueless. I didn’t bother putting up a fuss because it was clear to me certain people do certain styles and they needed to stick to that but they are to greedy to be honest with the customer. It took me 3 days to remove what was left of the style but as I was removing the style I noticed my hair was never going to loc because she didn’t feed the extensions properly. She didn’t braid the hair and feed in she basically mice braided and then fed in a 2 strand twist not the technique I watched the other girls do, so yet another improper install this time by the owner and to date she has not text or called to apologize or give an explanation. $1200 later I will be starting over. They kept asking me for a review after the second time I received terrible service. I didn’t want to give a bad review so I passed. Well now you have my honest opinion social media allows for gimmicks, it’s likely someone else is doing the work broadcast on social media platforms, because I have yet to get what I paid for. Photos below are of the first set of so called micro locs. She tried to convince me this was a good job. I can’t find the photos of the redo. I will post them if I locate them. I’m pretty sure she has them. I also noticed she’s never posted a photo of the work anyone has done on my hair another sign that they knew something was not right. UPDATE and response !!!! First of all my repair was not free I paid for it and I only got 1 free retie that was the agreement. So please don’t come with a rude lie. Secondly after consulting other stylists it was not necessary for me to go several months without washing my hair if the service was properly installed. So now you have become a liar in my book you never once mentioned my hair was too short for the install you did several reties and the last appointment we scheduled I was told it was ok to wash my hair. Please don’t make me go to social media I have every text and zelle. Just admit that you give good service to whom you want. The fact that I visited your salon on so many occasions and you never once posted a photo of the work on my hair speaks volumes. I’m not surprised at all had I been ignorant and loud about the situation I would be in the wrong. Please remember what you put out is what you will receive. Show more
The work you can get done here is inconsistent. Used them for a couple of years, but for the price I would not recommend.

I found this salon on YouTube and I’m so glad I gave them a shot. I got tree braids and I absolutely love my hair! The salon was clean, water and snac...ks were offered, the staff was kind and the owner has the sweetest personality. I saw other patrons being styled and all of the styles looked great! The work was nice but not what I asked for and the hair was not provided as I was told it would be. I'm sure other customers have better experiences, ...just wished I would have been one of them. Update 6/13/25: was charged over $150 more the exact same service and was not told that beforehand. Still did not do my hair the way I asked because my sections are not all the same size and did not honor the discount the owner stated she would give me because of my displeasure with my first service. Offering a $15 off of $400 was an insult and an indirect way of saying you don't want me as a customer and I'm not than happy to oblige and reciprocate the sentiment. I do not recommend. Today was my first time at there establishments and I must say it was very clean calm atmosphere everyone was so nice and polite to me. My hair is sho...rt I went to multiple braiding shops and all of them turnt me down even when I said I was willing to pay more money due to the length of my hair but when I came to this place here omg that ate my hair up with these box braids as well they included the hair I truly thank God for they blessed hands and miracle workers don’t let me forget they do have snacks and lil cans of soda of us big backs lol they cater to all my hair needs as well they also have to hair oil for 10$ so if you have short hair and trying to grow your hair back I really advise you to come to this shop they definitely got you and won me over as a new vip customer IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE ME CHECK THEM OUT FOR YOURSELF THEY WONT DISAPPOINT YOU AT ALL I KNOW SOME OF YOU WONDERING ABOUT THE PRICES I TELL YOU THEY’RE VERY AFFORDABLE I STAYED UNDER MY BUDGET FOR SURE Show more

Acknowledgement and accountability goes a long way with me. Don’t claim Christ and act the opposite. I asked that because I run my own business that y...ou not recirculate my work as new work done by your new employees. This would not only benefit your employees by having the pressure of doing the same work, a skill acquired in over 10 year time. But will also benefit your existing and new clients that come expecting the work and get the opposite. I informed you of a cease and desist letter and you met me with a bad attitude. The letter is still going to be delivered within the week any further advertising on copy righted work will be handled going forward. You are not who you pretend to be and I do have screenshots of the messages that you sent to your employee concerning me. This company does not foster growth, you did not pay on time, you do not help when a stylist is behind, you can only do a handful of the styles you offer. If I could give less stars I would. My experience working there was less than pleasant. We were over booked and under paid. She would sometimes keep t...ips and would not be upfront with us on the price she was charging the client. She also would talk bad about me to her other stylist I have screenshots of proof of her negative conversations about me stating I was broke and all type of stuff because I was asking to be paid consistently. She also had her assistant to come look in my suite when I moved locations in the same building. And continues to repost my work after I asked her not to. My work is being copy righted so clients are not confused on who is doing the work. I have been patient and endured a lot there but enough is enough Show more

When you come down to this place, this is the nice place where you can get your hair done you can get braids. They got nice people that work inside an...d my girlfriend. She worked there too, and they will get you signed up to whatever you trying to look like and whatever you wanna be whatever kind of hair you want they got the right stuff and they do a very good job at this place not saying it just because my girlfriend worked out I’m saying it because I know what I say.
