I had a hair coloring and cutting service. I had requested root coloring and a simple cut; however, the outcome did not meet my expectations. Upon rev...iewing the photos, it is evident that the root coloring is patchy. I am sharing this experience with you to ensure that you know the quality of service being provided. After the hair wash, the stylist declined to cut my hair due to my "sensitive" scalp. I have thick hair and have never been called sensitive. Despite having 14 years of experience, the stylist could not brush through my hair, trim it, or manage his apprehension. I have since cut the white patches myself and displayed them on both black and white paper. I am disappointed with the lack of experience exhibited by the stylist in covering simple white roots brown. I urge you to consider this feedback when evaluating the quality of service the hair salon provides. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Show more
