Luis is truly the best barber in Knoxville. Probably in East Tennessee. My oldest son went to him when he was young and now my youngest son does too. ...And now that I’m going through my short hair era, Luis is the only person I will allow to cut my hair. He does a phenomenal job. Not only does he have world-class skill, but he’s intuitive about it as well. Those things combined aren’t common in a barber or stylist. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
