I sincerely apologize for starting your service 30 minutes late. In the barbering industry, unexpected situations can arise—clients may arrive late or change their minds about their haircut, which is what happened in this case. However, noting you were only charged the deposit, and you received most of the service requested, with the exception of the black mask since it would have gone past the time you could stay. Once again apologies for the disappointment.

Came to the conclusion that I would come here and give Kelvin a shot. ...We all know how our barbers are a big deal and a cut is one of the more important things as a man.
