I was disappointed and shocked at the attitude when I got my pedicure. Kristina has been extremely friendly and personable the last 2 times I was serv...iced; however, this time she was unpleasant. I text and let her know I arrived for my appointment and she did not respond. Because she did not acknowledge my text (which was 10 minutes before my appointment), I called her 1 min before my appointment and she answered and was also opening the door. She did not have another client which would have prevented her from at least saying "Ok" to my text. When I walked inside she barely greeted me and when we got to the loft she slammed the door. I immediately felt as if me being there was a hassle and inconvenience for her. She asked me about my and color and did not really speak anymore until she was finished. When I left, I felt she was dismissive and disingenuous. I was shocked because we usually have a great dialogue; that was not the case Friday. I was disgusted by her attitude. I realize people have bad days, I was in her presence for an 1 1/2 hours so it should not have been hard to suppress a bad day to service a client. When you work in the service industry, dependent on people paying your salary, you cannot treat people like you do not care about them. Her service was good, her attitude was horrible. I will not be back! Show more

Hello Doll ✨💅🏻I'm sorry that you're experience didn't meet your expectations. But I was not feeling well as you that i am currently in my first trimester, I had just gotten sick right as you texted me saying that you were here. So that's why I was unable to respond back as I was trying to get myself ready for your appointment. Even still, I let you in right on time and told you good afternoon and asked how you were. When we got upstairs to the loft, I did not slam the door; because if I did I would have immediately apologized. I'm sorry that you felt that you were a hassle or an inconvenience to me, but that is simply not the case. All my clients are important to me and I make sure to give the time and attention that they need. But the reason that I wasn't as talkative as I normally am, was because I was still not feeling well, but I made sure to have soft music playing to help you relax and to make up for not being as talkative. But either way, I still pushed through and give you great service, which you even admit to. Again my apologies that you were disappointed. Thank you for your feedback and booking with LeArtiste. I usually can’t make a ...set last more than a week and my first set with her lasted 4 weeks! She puts so much love and care into what she does and she truly is an artist.
