Poor customer service was on the phone the whole time! Never introduced herself, didn't discuss anything, she didn't wash hair, and use poor products.... I have no personal beef with her. But the customer service was very much an issue. The picture provided is less than 3 days after being retwisted, and as you can see, the results speak for itself. Before you ask, I've slept with scarf showered, etc. been wearing over 14hrs each day Show more

Sorry about Your Experience, I was on the phone when you walked in because remember you were late but we did have a conversation you got the landscape business remember lol,usually clients ask do I wash before their appointment and I let them know I don't because I don’t have a sink anymore, you also did ride a bike to And from your appointment sweetie and it was very hot out,but I do hope you have a great day and I apologize again about your experience 😘
