My appointment never happened. I arrived at 8:40am for my 9am appointment. I waited 45 mins and nobody showed up. I called the business owner who then... informs me that the stylist said she was there at 9am and left at 9:30a because “the client didn’t show up”………..I was parked directly in front of the shop. Not even 10 feet away. Lights off. Nobody was ever there. So now I have to go to Jamaica with my hair not done. The owner was very apologetic. Didn’t help my situation though. Just very unfortunate. My hair hasn’t been pressed out in years so I was worried it would be hard to tame however she did the best job on my install & silk press. It was a little more $ than I expected to pay but it was due to an added service. Overall I’m so happy with my style & will definitely be booking again soon! Show more
