Great fade! Jay is a talented barber, personable, and listens to your requests. This is the first shop I've been to where they actually have you fac...e the mirror during your cut - something I value and prefer as I can see what they're doing - instead of a surprise at the end - "hoping" it's a good cut. Jay did not disappoint. Once I described what I wanted and showed a photo of an example, I didn't have to say anything else during. I guess other barbers don't want you in the mirror, so that you're not telling them what to do the entire time, but that makes me nervous, and prior to APX, I cannot say I've had a great cut. Little things go a long way. Another thing at this shop is that all of the barbers converse with their clients - not just amongst themselves. It makes you feel more welcome. Jay and these guys check all of the boxes. Will be back! Show more
