Hello. I thought Kathleen and Kathy did a nice job. My rating is for that I'm confused in that when I reserved online, the services I chose totaled ...$92. Yet, at check out, my total was $130. the only add on that I did was I had broken a nail and requested a tip be added that finger only. Would you be able to tell me who my service was so much more? Hi Mellissa. Your service was a Pedicure Gel and a Dip Powder. Your Pedicure Gel is $55 add on Chrome Powder $10. Your Dip Manicure is $55 included take off add on French Dip $10. We didn't charge 1 nails broken. That is why your services was $130. Thank you for coming to support us.

My mother and I went into Lafayette nail salon and had one of the best expetiences with this nail salon. My mother is in a wheelchair and have found i...t challening in the past to find a patient enough nail salon to assist her with her disabilities. But also give her the dignity to be her own persin and do the things she use to. Like get a pedi/mani. So we walked in after making two appt on Booksy. Actually 3 because I messed up on the app. Lol! We were greated by Kelly the salon manager and Chloe another nail tech. They were amazing!! Both girls were pleasant, engaging and especially kind to my Mom. As my Mom was gently assisted into the pedicure massage chair by another male technician I started to cry thinking how lucky I was to still be able to pal around with my best friend and how kind these wonderful people were to my Mom. Mom is 92 and is still as beautiful and charming as she can be in her situation. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating my Mom with kindness and diginity. And her nails.... Wow! Last minute I decided to get a Pedicure and my usual salon was full as it was Friday. I made an appointment at Lafayette nails as the location is conv...enient for me. So, the older woman who did my nails digs into cuticles aggressively. She actually cut my left foot, 3rd toe. Mistakes happen but she did not apologize or even acknowledge the mistake, even when I said "OW!" and watched her disinfect the cut. Then, a mom and her 7 (?) year old come in. Grandma joins them after 15 minutes. Mom is clearly a "regular" as she greets the technicians warmly. Then she and Grandma, for the next half a hour, shout over the little girl who is sitting between them, planning *every* detail of their trip and Thanksgiving meal. Like they are the only ones in the shop. I understand the shop cannot control the behavior of their (entitled) customers. But this was a miserable 30 minutes. I left as fast as I could. Between that shoutfest and the cut on my foot, no way am I going back. The shop was clean. Show more

Been going here for years. Kathleen does such a great job. Always puts 100% of her effort in every time I come in regardless if it's in the beginning ...of the say or an hour before closing. I've been to other nails salons with better reviews and I have always walked right now with a bad experience to those . All besides Lafayette nails. They have never failed me and are always willing to make sure your wait time is short. 10/10 service customer and quality of the work. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nail salon! Kathleen and Kelly are absolutely amazing. They put up with all the trendy nails I want to try and always help me to make decisions on what's best for... my nails. Kathleen is SO honest, personable, and kind. Kelly is a perfectionist and does the most beautiful manicures. My mom and I have been going here together since I was a freshman in high school and I'm a junior in college now. I cannot recommend them enough and I can't believe I didn't write this review sooner!
