I made 2 appointments with her… one for my daughter and one for her friend. I scheduled her friend’s appointment on the weekend so I wouldn’t have to ...ask her mom to take her out of school. I messaged the braider before to confirm the times & she said I was good. My appointment time was 10:00 am and at 10:08 she messaged me & let me know she couldn’t braid that day. She rescheduled for the next day during school hours. She braided my daughters friends hair really nice and she confirmed that’s she would see me the following day at 2 pm to braid my daughters hair… she messaged me 2 hours before the appointment to cancel. My daughter graduates tomorrow and now I’m having to call around town to get her hair done even though we had an appointment planned and talked the day before. Very unprofessional & not mindful of your time. Show more
