I had a frustrating experience with this braider due to ongoing communication issues. Scheduling multiple appointments was unnecessarily difficult, an...d responses to my questions were often one-word replies that lacked clarity. At one point, I was given inaccurate information that caused a missed appointment. When I raised concerns, the blame was placed on me, with the explanation that she had a lot going on personally. While I understand life happens, clear and timely communication is essential in any professional setting—especially when clients are expected to respect the schedule and show up on time. Unfortunately, this experience felt disorganized and dismissive. I hope she is able to improve her communication and professionalism moving forward, however, I won't be booking again! Show more
