These are supposed to be STARTER LOCS 😳😢… I understand that I didn’t want to cut the straight hair which really wasn’t much. She just didn’t try to ...palm twist it… I would NEVER IN MY LIFE LET THIS WOMAN (RAYVEN)BACK IN MY HEAD!!!… I got these locs started in honor of my father that passed 2 weeks ago!! Good afternoon, I do apologize that you were not satisfied with your service. I wish you would have expressed these feelings to me before you left the salon as I would’ve have been more than willing to accommodate you and your needs. You stated in the beginning of the service that your hair was damaged and that you did not want to cut it. Starter locs are typically started with coils - palm rolling is not the solution. Your locs are still salvageable & I hope you keep them. Again, I apologize that you were not satisfied and my condolences to your father.
