Such a sweet woman, amazing customer service, and very personable. She made sure we were comfortable, allowed me to sit next to my boyfriend while his... hair was getting done, and answered all my questions about the dreading process bother free. I also booked the appointment incorrectly and she didn’t create a hassle, she accommodated us. Not only that, but she was quick with it and super gentle. My boyfriend is very tender headed and he was able to fall asleep while being serviced. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.
