I was getting cut by Jay for a while up until last week. The haircuts weren’t consistent in my experience. I booked an appointment last Sunday just li...ke I booked any other time, and Jay was no where to be found. Another barber had to contact him to let him know a client was in the shop. I then received a text from Jay saying that Sunday was a different service and it would be double the cost for him to come in. This information should have been communicated prior to the day of the appointment, not when I’m in the shop waiting. When I respectfully reached out to Jay about my frustration I was blocked from all communication and future bookings. Show more

Your review could never hurt my business , and lying about the experiences we have had i find it childish from your part. Ive been cutting you for over 4 years . You were noticed weeks ago about changes, not my fault you didnt read the email or have the notifications on, im not responsible for that, you are. Also you didnt mention in the review that i gave you 50 dollars for your time after you disrespected me my shop and my barber. Good luck finding another barber who treated you with the upper most respect and love for years! You are not welcomed in Talento studio and best believe i will let know every barbershop around the area, about you, a toxic client. I know all the barbershops. I dont have to cut yout hair, you payed me everytime for it. But you also fotgot about the free services. We never had a contract. So sorry your entitlement and toxicity banned your from my chair! Goodluck fiding another barber thats treated you like i did!✌️🙏
