Also, Very poor appointm...ent booking understanding even after I had called to explain why my second booked service had an earlier appointment and that I would like my appointment to start at the time for the first service booked. First, she tried to persuade me to come earlier than my appointment which I later discovered was due to the fact that she had simultaneously booked another client.
