I appreciate your craft and the styles that you do. What I don’t appreciate is that you don’t consider your time or mines. I had to wait almost 15 mi...ns to start my appointment because you had someone in your chair. No sorry about the delay nothing. And this is not the first appointment that this has occurred. I also mentioned the last appointment that your smock had a mildew odor. You replaced it and the 2nd one same smell. I said ok maybe she just didn’t have time to clean them. That was my first appointment and first time getting starter locs. Experience is everything! So when I came back to a new location, I figured new spot, new you! Naw same dirty smock. You didn’t wash my hair properly. You were rushing. You went live without asking my permission. You have to ask to film people. And after all of that, when I left and you were taking my clips out, you put a new clean smock on me. I said hell naw. So you pick and choose who get the clean one ..😂😂🥴 all that to say, you are talented. You just let all of your customer service go out the window and both are important to have an overall positive experience. I’m cool wit a couple of your clients.they agreed. I would do a survey to help with creating a better environment. Thank you for starting my loc journey. Anywho have a blessed day!! I hope this helps! May God continue to bless you and your family.

Hi, I wanted to follow up regarding the concerns you expressed about your appointment. I value my clients and take feedback seriously, so I do want to acknowledge your experience while also providing some clarification. I apologize for the delay in starting your appointment. I was completing the client scheduled before you, and I understand that your time is valuable. At the same time, I have always tried to extend grace and flexibility to my clients, including accommodating you during a previous appointment when you arrived late. I would appreciate that same understanding when an occasional delay happens on my end. Regarding the cape, the cape used during shampooing is specifically for that portion of the service, and a separate dry cape is used afterward. I understand that the dampness made you uncomfortable, and I will make adjustments to prevent that concern going forward. Regarding the livestream, as soon as you expressed that you were uncomfortable being on it, I immediately ended it. I respect my clients’ privacy, and moving forward I will make sure consent is established before recording or livestreaming. I take pride in my work and in providing a professional experience. I can acknowledge areas where improvements can be made while also respectfully clarifying the circumstances surrounding your concerns.
