The prices online are severely low compared to what I was quoted when I came in for the appointment, i.e., $10+ for braid take down online vs $40 in p...erson and $10+ for a wash add-on, but it's $25-30 when i get there. Since i had to pre-pay a deposit and tip to book the appointment, i would have lost money if I didn't agree to the price she ultimately charged in person. I advise calling and confirming the price before booking. Also, only Cash, Zelle, or CashApp accepted with a $5 fee. While the braiding is a little tight, my hair came out good, and she was responsive to my styling questions: but I don't like feeling duped with the bait and switch. Either put the more accurate price online or don't pre-charge me until we agree on pricing. Show more
