The first experience I had with her was off putting, she was late answering the door to her home where she services her clients. She told me she was s...orry she had a long night getting drunk. Her house was very uncomfortable. She had piles of clothes in the corner and on her staircase, she also had a cat. I am very afraid of cats and I feel it should've been mentioned in booking info. I booked a fill because I will say she's good at retention. The second visit she didn't even show up or answer the phone I sat outside of her house for 30 minutes. She did not apologize or acknowledge her absence. I would never do business with her again she's extremely unprofessional and has a lack of customer service skills.
